While NDA has decided to repeat ok Birla as the speaker, the INDIA front snubbed over the deputy speaker issue by the govt has now fielded k Suresh as its candidate. But there is a twist. Not many in INDIA bloc like TMC, SP feel the fight should have been over the speaker. TMC sources say the congress took an unilateral decision to field k Suresh. They feel the focus should have been on deputy Speaker. Though NDA has the numbers, the issue to watch out for us whether TMC will support k Suresh or abstain.
