BJP Rajya Sabha | BJP’s Rajya Sabha Tally Drops To 86; NDA 12 Below Majority Mark | Parliament

BJP Rajya Sabha | BJP’s Rajya Sabha numbers dropped to 86 after four nominated MPs, including Rakesh Sinha and Ram Shakal, retired. Consequently, the BJP-led NDA’s strength is now 101, below the 113-majority mark in the 245-member house. The Congress-led India bloc holds 87 seats, with Congress having 26 MPs, Trinamool Congress 13, and AAP and DMK 10 each. The reduced numbers mean BJP relies on non-NDA parties like AIADMK (4 MPs) and YSRCP (11 MPs). The BJD, with 9 MPs, is also unaffiliated with any bloc. Watch the video for more.
