‘सिर्फ 5 हजार खर्च करने की इजाजत’
दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी ने कहा कि लिंगदोह कमेटी के अनुसार सिर्फ 5 हजार खर्च करने की इजाजत है और पोस्टर हाथ के बने हुए होने चहिए। कोर्ट ने दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी प्रशासन से कहा कि जिनके नाम के पोस्टर लगे हुए है उनसे उसको हटाने का पैसे वसूला जाए, आप अपने आप को इतना असहाय महसूस मत करिए। अदालत ने कहा, ‘चुनाव में कोई अकेले नहीं लड़ रहा है,चुनाव में संगठन शामिल हैं।’ दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी ने कहा हमने सभी 21 उम्मीदवारों को सर्कुलर जारी कर दिया है, जिसमें लिंगदोह कमेटी के नियम का पालन करने के लिए कहा गया है। उसने कहा कि पोस्टर और बैनर को हटाने का निर्देश भी दिया गया है, दिल्ली चुनाव समिति इस पर पैनी नजर रखे हुए है।

The court told the Delhi University administration to recover money from those whose names are on the posters for their removal, advising them not to feel so helpless. The court remarked, ‘No one is fighting the elections alone; organizations are involved in the elections.’ Delhi University stated that they have issued a circular to all 21 candidates, instructing them to comply with the rules of the Lyngdoh Committee. It also mentioned that directives have been given to remove posters and banners, and the Delhi Election Committee is closely monitoring this.”
