पूर्वी दिल्ली (North East Delhi) के थाना उस्मानपुर इलाके के करतार नगर में चुनाव प्रचार (Election Campaign) के दौरान कन्हैया कुमार (Kanhaiya Kumar) पर हमला (Attack) हुआ था. इस मामले में बात करने के लिए कोलकाता (Kolkata) में एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस (PC) का आयोजन किया गया. कांग्रेस (Congress) नेता कन्हैया कुमार ने खुद पर हुए हमले के बारे में बात करते हुए उन्होंने मोदी सरकार (Modi Government) और पूर्वी दिल्ली में पीएम मोदी (PM Modi) की आगामी रैली (Public Rally) को लेकर उनपर कटाक्ष किया. उन्होंने कहा कि, “ऐसा क्या हुआ है इस बार के चुनाव में कि प्रधानमंत्री जी भी सभा करने उत्तर पूर्वी दिल्ली आ रहे हैं…”
