उत्तर-पूर्वी दिल्ली लोकसभा सीट से इस बार इंडिया गठबंधन ने कन्हैया कुमार को उम्मीदवार बनाया है. याद हो कि कन्हैया कुमार ने 2019 लोकसभा चुनावों में बिहार के बेगूसराय से भारतीय कम्यूनिस्ट पार्टी (सीपीआई) की टिकट पर ही चुनाव लड़ा था पर भाजपा के गिरिराज सिंह से हार गए थे. इस बार वे उत्तर-पूर्वी दिल्ली से भाजपा से दो बार के सांसद मनोज तिवारी के खिलाफ मैदान में हैं.
