“There’s great enthusiasm in every constituency of Delhi. However, there were complaints of EVMs being slow and not working in the starting hours of polling. I would like to tell voters to keep enthusiasm high and be patient in this hot weather,” Congress candidate from North East Delhi Kanhaiya Kumar said.
