In the 2024 elections, Manoj Tiwari from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) won with 824,451 votes, achieving a vote share of 53.10%. His closest competitor, Kanhaiya Kumar from the Indian National Congress (INC), received 685,673 votes (44.16%), resulting in a victory margin of 138,778 votes.

In the 2019 elections, Manoj Tiwari from the BJP emerged victorious with 787,799 votes, accounting for 53.90% of the total votes. Sheila Dikshit from the INC was the runner-up with 421,697 votes (28.83%), leading to a margin of 366,102 votes.

In the 2014 elections, Manoj Tiwari from the BJP won with 596,125 votes, translating to a vote share of 45.25%. Anand Kumar from the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) followed with 452,041 votes (34.31%), resulting in a margin of victory of 144,084 votes.

Overall, North-East Delhi has seen strong performances by BJP candidates in recent elections.
